CR Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Kissimmee West Club to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and mentor a high-energy team. You’ll partner with the General Manager to set goals, ensure member satisfaction, and deliver a top-tier club experience.

This role is designed for leaders ready to grow into a General Manager position, with hands-on coaching, KPI tracking, and a culture that reflects Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in fitness or a fast-paced service industry.
• Strong sales drive with ability to hit individual and team targets.
• Natural leader who can lead by example on the club floor.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to health and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership: drive membership and personal training sales through daily goals, leads, and closing techniques.
• Team coaching: train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams to high performance.
• Operations support: ensure smooth day-to-day club operations, cleanliness, and staff coverage.
• Member experience: deliver exceptional service and handle inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• KPI tracking: monitor metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with goals.
• Culture builder: foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment aligned with No Judgments.
• Growth development: participate in leadership development to prepare for a future GM role.
