FutureTech Labs in Lancaster, CA is seeking an Accountant to act as the financial conscience of our local operations. The role offers a starting salary in the 59k–95k range with hybrid work at our Lancaster office and strong emphasis on development and PTO.

You will monitor finance metrics, build P&L bridges, and model pricing, margins, and unit economics while ensuring proper revenue recognition and timely alerts on burn rate.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Monitor key finance metrics and report on performance to leadership.
• Build the finance P&L bridge that explains every dollar of swing.
• Support the Accountant in modeling pricing, margins, and unit economics.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, region, and customer segment.
• Validate revenue recognition in line with current accounting standards.
• Catch the misclassified entry three months before the auditor would.
• Watch the burn rate and sound the alarm a quarter early.
