ENT Partners, LLC is looking for a BE/BC General Otolaryngologist to join their established practice in Maryland. This role offers a guaranteed salary, performance-based bonuses, and immediate partner status, with flexible work hours that enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Proficient in a range of clinical and surgical ENT procedures.
• Ability to grow a practice and build a patient panel.
• Fellowship training is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT services full-time.
• Assist in various in-office procedures.
• Report directly to the Medical Director.
