Job summary

Carter Lumber Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage shipping and receiving workflows, pull stock and custom materials, and stage orders for shipment. You will help with inventory and report shortages while ensuring accurate storage of incoming orders.

Join a team-focused environment with access to forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines and other equipment to streamline daily duties; full-time hours Monday through Friday 7am–3:30pm, with pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow of shipping and receiving materials.
• Pull stock and custom materials according to orders and stage them for shipping.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages.
• Ensure incoming orders are correct and stored properly.
• Provide forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines and other equipment to make the job easier.
