Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver physical therapy and related services under the supervision of a licensed PT. You will work with patients to implement treatment plans, support Rehab Technicians, and manage patient cases in a compliant manner.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, professional demeanor, and adherence to regulatory standards within multiple care communities across the country.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients under the guidance of a licensed PT to improve functional abilities.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of a physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-directed learning, and continuing education.
• Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.
• Understand and apply billing practices and treatment delivery models meeting clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with state practice acts.
