Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding press/equipment per procedures.
• Review Operator Display Board for work instructions and Quality Alerts.
• Ensure product meets established quality criteria.
• Record scrap accurately every hour per work instructions.
• Apply and update labels on returnable packaging; ensure lot control numbers.
• Review quality alerts daily.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Communicate production issues in team meetings.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Participate in team problem solving activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
