Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Florida is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to quality care and advance careers through a diverse caseload across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab.

The position includes a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship access, in-house residency-style programs, and abundant continuing education resources, plus a compensation package with base salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions with education tailored to individual needs in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
