Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers.
• Oversee personal training programs for optimal member experience.
• Track and analyze personal training sales and performance.
• Foster relationships with members and promote personal training services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean environment.
