Performance Optimal Health is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across CT and NY locations. You will provide client-centered massage therapy, work with physical therapists, trainers, and wellness professionals, and help clients achieve peak performance and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist with COMPTA accreditation or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between Performance locations.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-centered massage therapy services tailored to individual needs.
• Work closely with physical therapists, trainers, and wellness professionals to ensure a full-circle approach to client care.
• Educate clients on how massage therapy complements their overall health and performance goals.
