The ideal candidate has multi-unit healthcare finance leadership, a hands-on, player/coach approach, and a track record in PE-backed settings, banking relationships, cash flow management, and leveraged balance sheets, with experience guiding acquisition and integration.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO with multi-unit healthcare services experience.
• Experience establishing and driving analytics and performance drivers in fast-growth businesses.
• Hands-on, player/coach leadership style; strong communicator across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to drive strategic growth and value creation.
• Oversee treasury, banking relationships, cash flow and balance sheet optimization.
• Lead analytics and performance-draggers to improve margins and scalability.
• Direct acquisition due diligence, integration planning and execution.
