Qualifications

3+ Years of hands-on Google Ads management at scale across Search, GDN, and Demand Gen.
Proven ability to manage $500k+/month in Google spend and optimize for CPS, ROAS, and LTV.
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Google Ads Scripts for automation, alerts, bid adjustments, and bulk operations.
Daily use of AI/LLM tools in the workflow.
Strong analytical thinking, including independently preparing reports and dashboards and turning data into decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and scale Google Ads campaigns, primarily across GDN and Demand Gen, as well as Search, while meeting CPS and ROAS targets.
Run weekly creative testing cycles by launching new assets, scaling winners, and stopping underperformers.
Investigate why Demand Gen has not worked and GDN audiences have not outperformed Broad, then fix the issues or demonstrate with data that they cannot be fixed.
Build automation for semi-automated uploads, Slack-driven commands, and rules-based campaign management.
Collaborate with creative, growth, and analytics teams to connect ad performance with business outcomes, including LTV, ARPU, and payback.
