McDonald’s is hiring Crew Team Members to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will connect with customers, assist them with orders, and help prepare McDonald’s World Famous food while working with teammates to meet daily goals.

We offer training, Archways to Opportunity education programs, and opportunities for part-time or full-time work with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
• Archways to Opportunity education programs offering high school completion courses, upfront college tuition assistance and English Language courses.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
