Qualifications

• Must have one year of property management experience or a 4-year degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow and ensure timely rent collection.
• Assist Community Manager in meeting revenue goals and managing resident files.
• Support the leasing team and manage renewals and active leases.

Skills

Property management experience

Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Yardi experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

College preferred

Tax Credit Specialist accreditation
