Job summary

Terminix International is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, recruit and develop the management team, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 5–7 years in a branch leadership position, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to travel. Candidates should be prepared for an on-call schedule and to obtain necessary licenses. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years in Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Background in pest control industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by laws.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the district management team.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
