Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and group services, implement behavior strategies, and document progress to help families achieve meaningful outcomes.

We offer rapid training, potential BCAT credentialing within 90 days, and opportunities for career growth. Expect travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius and comprehensive support from BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transport.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
