Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York for part-time store operations support, customer service excellence, and staff development. You will assist with daily functions, organize merchandise, and help supervise and train Store Associates while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, payroll-related tasks, cash handling, and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
