Princess Polly is a global fashion brand with offices in Los Angeles and Gold Coast, expanding in the USA. The Assistant Store Manager role leads a team to create exceptional customer experiences and drives sales, while overseeing product and inventory management with the Store Manager.

We seek a motivated leader with 1+ year retail management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Experience in training and managing a team.
• Experience in product management (inventory and visual merch).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Great sense of style!
