Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in Middleborough, MA to support store operations, staff supervision and daily tasks. The role offers flexible shift availability and full-time hours, with a focus on fast service, accurate cash handling and strong customer care.

You will work with the Store Manager to recruit and mentor staff, maintain merchandising standards and uphold Circle K’s food program while delivering a positive experience to customers daily.

Qualifications

• ExperienceLeading a team of employees and managing daily store tasks.
• Skilled in recruiting, interviewing and hiring store staff.
• Experience with staff training, scheduling and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of stationstore operations and merchandising.
