Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes in Hope Mills, NC is hiring a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to align tires, measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, and help vehicles travel straight and true.

Responsibilities include completing state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required services. A 1-year experience/ training is expected; a state inspection license is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires using modern equipment and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and improve handling.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs and other required services.
• Perform additional automotive maintenance as needed for customer vehicles.
