• Proven reliability and consistent attendance.
• High attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, manual payment application, aging reports, and reconciliation.
• Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.
• Process accounts payable bills and credit card transactions as needed.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and perform month-end closings.
