Job summary

ConversionConversion is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to build our content engine from the ground up. You’ll own blog posts, LinkedIn content, webinars, and campaigns that drive demand for our AI-native marketing automation platform.

You’ll work directly with leadership and craft content that resonates with senior marketing ops leaders. You’ll lead SEO and content initiatives, launch webinar programs, and translate content into pipeline across channels, including events and collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience driving content-led demand in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Ability to own blog, LinkedIn, webinars, and related campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong writing and storytelling for marketing ops audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish content attracting ICPs: blogs, LinkedIn, and thought leadership.
• Scale SEO to capture high-intent organic traffic.
• Launch and manage webinar programs to educate prospects and generate demand.
• Turn content into pipeline across paid and organic channels with experiments.
• Support field events with compelling content and collateral.
• Help shape growth tools, systems, and playbooks as we scale.
