Abode Money in Austin is seeking an energetic intern to craft and shoot short skits, using AI tools to edit videos and clips for TikTok and Instagram. You will spot trends, adapt formats quickly, and post multiple times daily to engage Gen Z and their families as homeowners.

You should be chronically online, funny, and capable of editing content with Claude, CapCut, or similar AI tools. This is an in-person internship, four days a week, with a pay rate of $25/hr.

Qualifications

• In Austin or willing to relocate. We work in person 4 days a week.
• You've made short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or Reels. Your own account counts.
• You're comfortable reading analytics and changing course quickly.

Responsibilities

• Write and shoot short skits: characters, recurring bits, and street interviews.
• Make eye-catching edits with AI video, image, and voice tools that stop the scroll.
• Spot trends, sounds, and formats early, and put our spin on them the same day they break.
• Post 3 to 4 times a day on TikTok and Instagram, turning one idea into many versions.
• Turn podcast episodes and team moments into clips.
• Run campaigns that get Gen Z to bring their parents, who are our homeowners.
• Read the numbers every day. Cut what flops and run it back on what hits.
