AdventHealth Weaverville is expanding its Obstetrics and Gynecology program in a brand-new hospital setup, offering a chance to shape care from the ground up in northern Buncombe County and surrounding communities.

The role provides 24/7 laborist support, a flexible option to deliver your own patients, and a balanced schedule with a 50/50 OB-GYN mix, leveraging the Da Vinci robot for minimally invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or within 5 years of board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing OBGYN program and build a full-range practice.
• Work with experienced physicians and staff with 24/7 laborist coverage.
• Delivering your own patients is optional, offering practice flexibility.
• Participate in a rotation as backup call for labor and delivery.
• Maintain a balanced practice with a 50-50 split between Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Utilize the Da Vinci robotic system for minimally invasive procedures.
• Collaborate with Family Medicine, Behavioral Health and Internal Medicine specialists.
