Mindful Therapy Group seeks licensed or soon-to-be-licensed clinicians to join its associate network in Washington. You will receive supervision, referrals, and administrative support while developing your own private practice alongside a thriving clinical caseload.

Offices are located across the Greater Seattle Area and surrounding WA communities. You will build your career with ongoing coaching, credentialing assistance, and access to secure EHR tools as you work toward full licensure.

Qualifications

• Active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Consistent availability to serve clients and grow caseload.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Drive to build your own private practice toward full licensure.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in supervision, mentorship, referrals, and administrative support to grow your practice.
• Assist clients in treatment planning and ongoing documentation.
• Collaborate with Mindful Therapy Group to ensure quality client care and compliance.
