Job summary

aerīz in Anna, IL is seeking a Grow Staff member to monitor and maintain plants' needs within the Cultivation department. The role focuses on keeping growth areas healthy and compliant in a cannabis setting.

You will prune, clone, inspect for pests, manage water and nutrients, calibrate meters, log conditions, and ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations. The position requires a high school diploma and authorization to work in the United States; shift is 2nd (2:00pm–10:30pm),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Education or experience in commercial plant production preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to register as an agent with the state's cannabis commission.
• Must follow all laws, regulations, and industry policies.

Responsibilities

• Prune and remove unwanted material.
• Assist with topping and cloning.
• Inspect for pests and other threats.
• Monitor and maintain plant water and nutrient needs.
• Calibrate meters, monitor and adjust pH and EC levels.
• Log conditions, keep grow areas clean, and adjust reservoir water as scheduled.
• Learn and understand applicable local and state laws.

$16.00 - $17.00 / hour

Available Work Shifts

All work schedules are 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

• 2nd Shifts
  • 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities

• Pruning and removal of unwanted material.
• Assist with topping and cloning.
• Inspection for pests and other threats.
• Monitor and maintain all areas of plants’ water and nutrient needs.
• Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (EC) levels.
• Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled.
• Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Education or experience in commercial plant production preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully register as an agent in state’s cannabis commission.
• Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
