Active Wellness is seeking a Yoga Instructor / Group Fitness Instructor to guide members and firefighters through yoga postures and breathing techniques at Tower Place Fitness Center and nearby sites in the San Francisco Bay area.

The role requires delivering weekday morning classes, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with staff to support members’ fitness goals. Certification, CPR, and a customer‑oriented approach are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 200 hour yoga certification required.
• AA degree in a related field or equivalent.
• National Group Fitness Certification or college degree in exercise-related science.
• Two years group exercise experience preferred.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe group fitness classes to members and firefighters.
• Assist members with safe exercise form during workouts.
• Support and encourage members to meet fitness goals.
• Administer emergency care to members and guests in need of assistance.
• Work as a team with all departments and follow supervisor guidance.

Educación

AA degree

National Group Fitness Certification

Collegiate Degree in exercise-related science

Two years Group Exercise experience
