Group Treasury plays a critical role in safeguarding the Group's cash, managing banking relationships, supporting strategic growth initiatives and ensuring effective funding across a global organisation. As a Treasury Analyst working within a team of approximately x6 colleagues you will support daily liquidity management and cash operations, helping to deliver accurate forecasting, effective cash pool management, timely settlements, insightful reporting and strong financial controls. Working across cash management, liquidity, funding, treasury systems and process improvement initiatives, you will gain broad treasury exposure while contributing to automation and technology-driven enhancements. Monthly Responsibilities
- Analyse Treasury data and provide insight into cash flow trends, liquidity performance, and operational improvements.
- Support liquidity management activities, including reducing excess cash balances and supporting trapped cash repatriation initiatives.
- Produce monthly cash pool reporting, including meaningful analysis and commentary on key movements and trends.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Escalate significant transactions, control issues, or emerging risks to senior Treasury management.
- Support Treasury activities associated with acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring projects.
- Cover for Operational Analyst
System Controls Responsibilities
- Use data and technology to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and control effectiveness.
- Support Treasury system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention through improved system utilisation, automation, and workflow optimisation.
- Champion process improvement and automation opportunities across Treasury operations.
- Assist with the implementation of new Treasury technologies and digital initiatives.
- Document Treasury procedures and promote best practice across the function. Understanding of cash forecasting and liquidity management.
- Ability to analyse cash flow trends and forecast variances.
- Experience preparing reporting and insights for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Successful candidate will be expected to study towards Association of Corporate Treasurers exams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within a multinational corporate treasury environment.
- Knowledge of cash pooling structures, intercompany funding, and liquidity optimisation techniques.
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly Finastra.
- Experience supporting treasury-related projects, acquisitions, divestments, or corporate restructuring activities.
- Knowledge of treasury controls, governance, and risk management practices.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, or treasury technology enhancements.
- Working towards, or an interest in pursuing, a professional treasury or accounting qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
