A leading engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Transportation Survey Group Manager to oversee and grow its transportation survey operations across North Carolina. This role focuses on managing NCDOT survey projects, building client relationships, and leading a skilled survey team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey operations (field and office) with focus on quality, safety, and NCDOT standards.
• Develop relationships with NCDOT and local municipalities for future opportunities.
• Oversee proposals, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC compliance.
• Mentor staff and support project delivery and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Proven experience with NCDOT transportation survey projects.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, Trimble, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
