Hotel Viking in Newport, Rhode Island, seeks a Reservation Group Coordinator to join our hospitality team. You will act as the link between sales, events and front office, managing group room blocks, reservations and guest details with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
