Job summary

Neumo in the United States is seeking a Group Product Manager who will lead a small team of Product Managers and Product Owners, bridging strategic direction with execution for government clients. You will own roadmap strategy, mentor practitioners, and ensure delivery momentum across sprints with cross-functional partners.

This role requires 5+ years in product management with leadership experience, familiarity with government software, and a track record of guiding initiatives from discovery

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with team leadership experience.
• Experience with government software is highly preferred.
• Track record of leading initiatives from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Own roadmap strategy and backlog priorities for an assigned product area.
• Translate strategy into team goals, epics, and delivery plans; ensure high-impact work.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and delivery teams to execute across sprints.
• Engage with government clients to validate direction and surface needs.
