Job summary

Google DeepMind in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Staff Product Manager for Gemini Audio Delivery and Infrastructure to guide production of Gemini Audio models and build the required production and research infrastructure.

You will partner with researchers, engineers, and enterprise teams to define roadmaps, orchestrate cross-functional work, and measure impact with both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by overseeing collaboration with partner teams during product design.
  • Own and oversee definition of product roadmaps.
  • Own development and secure buy-in for a product outlook that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.
  • Oversee validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, revenue).
  • Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.

As a Staff Product Manager for Gemini Audio Delivery and Infrastructure at Google DeepMind, you will drive the delivery of Gemini Audio models into production and define the production and research infrastructure required to run them. Gemini Audio spans conversational dialog (Live), Transcribe, expressive speech synthesis (TTS), and Translation.
