Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure to own the vision and strategy for the code lifecycle—from change to production deployment. You’ll define world-class developer infrastructure and drive execution to make engineers faster, safer, and more productive.

You’ll partner with engineering, SRE, security, and leadership to ensure reliability, performance, and security across lifecycle systems, while shaping the integration of emerging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience focusing on developer infrastructure or internal tools.
• Deep domain knowledge of the code lifecycle: CI/CD, release automation, deployment pipelines and production readiness.
• Proven track record defining multi-year platform strategies that improve developer velocity and reliability.
• Experience building products where engineers are the primary customers and driving adoption across an engineering org.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
• Lead system migrations to reduce complexity and improve reliability for engineers.
• Create quality scorecards and dashboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security and leadership to ensure reliable, secure, scalable lifecycle tools.
• Analyze usage and feedback to translate insights into high-impact investments.
• Incorporate AI-powered testing, validation and deployment capabilities into the code lifecycle, with human oversight.
