Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Core Infrastructure & Reliability. You will own the product vision and multi-year strategy for Coinbase's cloud infrastructure, driving design, operation, and scaling of systems underpinning high-volume transactions.

You will partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Finance to ensure reliability, cost-efficiency, and resilience across environments and regions. This is a remote-first role with quarterly in-person surge sessions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform reliability.
• Proven track record defining multi-year infrastructure strategies that improve reliability or cost efficiency.
• Technical depth to discuss compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, multi-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Core Infrastructure and platform reliability.
• Define SLOs, capacity planning, failover, and incident reduction targets for uptime of a global financial platform.
• Evaluate cloud infra tech and make build-vs-buy decisions balancing cost, speed, and scalability.
• Align infra investments with business priorities and ensure regulatory compliance across regions.
• Develop self-serve capabilities to improve developer experience and reduce provisioning friction.
• Analyze utilization to drive cost-optimization opportunities and present executive investment cases.
