Job summary

PNC seeks a Product Management Group Manager in Dallas, TX to lead data governance and enterprise data platform initiatives within the Data and Automation organization. You will guide cross-functional teams, align with business goals, and drive strategic product development and governance across digital channels and operations.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years industry experience; 5+ years in management.
• Strong leadership and product strategy skills.
• Strong experience in enterprise data platform and data governance using cloud and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and drive business/financial results for product portfolio.
• Lead overall product strategy and governance; ensure initiatives stay on time and budget.
• Influence product and customer experience trends; lead cross-functional teams for new products or enhancements.
• Serve as senior escalation point; manage risk, audits, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead one or more product lines; develop performance of the product development management team.
