Waymo LLC is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the multi-year vision and end-to-end roadmap for robotic depot automation, including autonomous charging, cleaning, and inspection systems. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and product to scale solutions globally.

The role requires translating complex robotics and software challenges into strategic plans, with strong executive communication and a track record of delivering production deployments.

Competenze

• 10+ years in Product Management or senior technical leadership bridging robotics, software, and operations.
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record turning complex prototypes into scaled production with phased roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ROI/NPV analysis experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication and system-architecture discourse.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the multi-year product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for robotic depot automation—including autonomous vehicle charging, automated cleaning, and vehicle inspection.
• Develop product requirements spanning onboard autonomous driving capabilities, fleet orchestration, and robotics hardware.
• Align senior leaders across operations, engineering, and product to move from prototypes to production deployments.
• Partner with operations, strategy, partnerships, and finance to define rollout plans across owned & operated and partner deployments.
• Shape the design of next-generation autonomous vehicle platforms and depot infrastructure for zero-touch operations.
