Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a Group Manager to lead our Baton Rouge office, overseeing engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch. You will manage multidisciplinary projects, assemble teams, and drive budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining safety and engineering excellence.

A BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus is required; MS and PE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities
