Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Six or more years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five or more years of managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• Lean principles, project management skills, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Knowledge of WMS, OSHA/DOT/Hazmat knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational issues and implement LEAN initiatives to improve productivity and results.
• Manage one or more customer accounts to meet metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure financial objectives are met and grow revenue for assigned accounts.
• Supervise, develop and manage performance for assigned employees and maintain positive relations.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach direct reports and management team.
