We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to serve as Group Leader for our Mid-Atlantic surveying team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a group of survey crew chiefs and technicians delivering high-quality surveying and geospatial services throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, while also providing technical and strategic support to the firm’s national Reality Capture team.
This role offers an opportunity to lead and shape a growing surveying practice within a collaborative, forward-thinking organization. The successful candidate will influence technical direction, mentor future leaders, expand innovative services, and play a key role in advancing Verdantas' survey offerings.
The ideal candidate is a client-focused, technically strong, and growth-minded leader who brings a balance of people leadership, business development acumen, and advanced surveying expertise. This position plays a critical role in strengthening client relationships, developing talent, and advancing innovative survey and reality capture services across the region.
The compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000, with final compensation determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and licensing status.
