Howmet Aerospace is currently looking for a Group Leader over the Dipping Department to join our Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours for this Weekend Nights shift are Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6PM-630AM. Training is first shift for several months (Monday‑Friday 6:30am‑3pm).
Anticipated Pay Range: $29 – $32 per hour. Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.
This position will receive an hourly “shift premium” while assigned to an off‑shift.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Area Supervisor/Manager, this position oversees daily operations for the manufacturing areas of the assigned department during the assigned shift. The Group Leader trains and assists operators in the department, schedules labor, and participates/ leads continuous improvement projects. They also troubleshoot and communicate product and employee problems to supervisors and work in other departments as needed based on production requirements.
