Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Group Leader in Flint, Michigan to supervise production and operating staff, drive performance, and ensure safety and quality across lines. The role emphasizes motivating teams, optimizing processes, and coordinating with technical and administrative colleagues.

The ideal candidate will guide production tracking, quality control, and staffing, while contributing to continuous improvement and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Summary

• The main function of a production supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
