Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a full-time School Age Driver/Group Lead Teacher to join our team. You will engage school-age children, lead group activities, and provide safe transportation with a valid license.

The role requires a split schedule during the school year and full-day shifts Monday–Friday in summer. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a HS diploma or GED, possess EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework or are enrolled, and have prior experience teaching young children.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework or currently enrolled.
• Experience teaching young children is required.
• Love for teaching young children and supporting growth.
• Ability to meet state and federal childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach school-age children as part of a classroom team.
• Serve as lead teacher and group lead for activities.
• Operate as a school-age driver as needed and ensure safe transportation.

What It Takes to Join Us
