Integra LifeSciences Production Corporation seeks an Assembly/Packaging Team Leader to package finished products per SOPs under GMPs. The Assembly/Packaging Team Leader will be responsible for using equipment to package finished products according to established specifications and perform operations as described by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and or Associate Production Manager.
Primary responsibilities are:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position. This position requires daily commute to Mansfield, MA for the 1st shift or 2nd shift position and may require additional overtime, including weekends and Holidays. A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required. Experience working in a clean room environment is preferred. Experience working in a Medical Device manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or another regulated environment preferred. Basic mechanical skills preferred. Basic computer skills required. The ability to work independently and in a team, environment is required. The ability to communicate effectively (read, write and speak) in English is required. Basic math skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute percentages and work with decimals, required. The ability to lift up to 25 poundsand to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Also, the ability to work in an open work area and in a manufacturing/machine shop environment on a daily basis.
Ability to utilize a computer, telephone, fax and copy machine as well as other general office equipment. Strong computer skills are required.

Salary Pay Range: $26.21 - $35.38 USD Hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
