Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in product quality, test engineering, systems verification.
• 5+ years leading technical teams (QA/Test, release, integration).
• Experience with ISO 9001 and QMS‑related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute SSCI’s enterprise product quality strategy for autonomy and mission‑system products.
• Oversee QA/Test, Build & Release, and Field Service Engineers; develop metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, field operations, and OEM partners to align quality expectations.
• Drive standardization, scalability, and automation across quality workflows.
