Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Sports and Recreation, particularly with children.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required.
• Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes.
• Respond to parent/member concerns.
• Develop and implement Beyond the Bell programming.
• Build strong relationships with program participants.
• Ensure adherence to YMCA policies and procedures.
