Tidewater Youth Services Commission is seeking a Group Home Worker in Virginia Beach to provide direct supervision and life skills coaching to at‑risk adolescents in a co‑ed residential program.

The role requires day, evening and weekend availability and offers an in‑person work environment with on‑the‑job training, supporting youths on their path to responsible adulthood. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain safety and promote positive outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

We are looking for a Group Home Worker to join our team (Virginia Beach) and provide direct supervision and life skills counseling to at-risk adolescents in a co-ed residential group home program serving at-risk foster and court-involved youth. Must have day, evening, and weekend availability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping at-risk youth succeed in getting their second chances on the path to adulthood.
