Empowering Abilities in Davenport, IA is seeking a Group Home Support role to provide direct care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and personal care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

As Group Home Support, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, community involvement, and skill development.

Starting Wage: $16.00/hr

Schedule

• 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Sunday - Thursday
• Weekday evening shifts: 4:00pm to 9:00pm, plus every other weekend (6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm)
• Weekend-only shifts: 8:00am to 8:00pm on Saturday and Sunday
• Treats everyone with dignity and respect*
• Assist individuals to plan, prepare, and serve meals within their homes*
• Help individuals with personal care and other skills*
• Assist in planning and participating in recreational activities*
• Responsible for safe transportation of residents*
