Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant healthcare or residential experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have Alaska driver's license.
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks and maintain required clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for individuals, legal representatives, guardians, family, and care coordinators; document intake and eligibility.
  • Coordinate admissions, move-ins, transfers, discharges, and move-outs for assigned homes.
  • Monitor health, safety, service delivery, and regulatory compliance; support staff and ensure quality assurance.
  • Provide guidance to residential staff and participate in team meetings.
