Job summary

Flynn Fitness in Lithonia, GA, is seeking a dedicated Fitness Trainer to run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and assist the club manager in boosting member retention and club revenue. You will design simple workout plans, demonstrate proper equipment use, conduct fitness consultations, and maintain participant logs to track PE@PF program performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program: fitness consultations and introducing members to the program benefits.
• Assist members on the gym floor with proper use of equipment and engage to peak interest in PE@PF program.
• Assist club staff in maintaining cleanliness of club (bathroom checks, circuit room, PF 360 area and weights).
• As needed support for front desk (check-in members, club tours, info calls).
• Maintain participation logs of each facilitated class to monitor PE@PF program performance.
• Maintain accredited certifications throughout employment: Personal Training and CPR.
• Complete company trainings and other learning as directed.
• Inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals and maintain a welcoming environment.
