Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a personal fitness trainer.
• Must understand functional movement, HIIT and heart-rate focused training.
• Required to be on feet and constantly moving while leading workouts.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating members during workouts.
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
• Promote and sell F45 services and assist in membership growth.
