Job summary

VASA Fitness Layton is seeking a Group Fitness Team Lead to coach the coaches, oversee the club's group fitness program, and ensure high-energy, inclusive classes for all fitness levels. You'll build schedules, develop instructors, and partner with the General Manager to grow attendance and program quality, while maintaining safety and strong member experiences.

Candidates should have a nationally accredited certification, CPR/AED, and leadership experience; the role includes customer-facing

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience leading group fitness or boutique classes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group Fitness program and class scheduling.
• Develop and coach instructors to maintain high-energy, inclusive classes.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to grow attendance.
• Ensure safety, equipment readiness, and strong member experience.
